8 Signs You Are Good with Money
You:
- Are saving money.
- Invest to make more money.
- Have an emergency fund.
- Have a steady flow of income.
- Can buy things you want.
- Can pay your bills every month.
- Know how much you spend.
- Plan on making a big purchase.
My viewpoint is that you can consider yourself good with your hard-earned money if you have at least reached the state of being FINANCIALLY STABLE at some point in your working life. You do not live paycheck to paycheck for a long time or for most of your life.
Additionally, you are considered good in managing your hard-earned money if you are not badly in debt. Yes, you can have different kinds of loans like student debt obligation, car loan, mortgage, and credit card dues monthly. Nonetheless, these are “good debts” since you need them to live properly and well.
If you are badly in debt, like you need to borrow funds from someone you know to make ends meet monthly, I must say you are not in a sound financial situation and certainly need to make rectifications in your financial life.
Getting financially educated through self-studying or with the help of finance experts and professionals makes you a responsible consumer and good with your hard-earned money.
After all, this important personal finance-related measure involves yourself desiring to learn more about how you can properly manage your hard-earned funds for your and your family’s long-term benefit.
Finally, I think you can consider yourself good with money if you strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle. After all, getting serious illnesses can be costly and you surely do not want to be financially drained.
