I started the New Year 2024 by having scrumptious and healthful breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Yesterday, Sunday, January 7, 2024, I spent the Three Kings Day having Thai lunch and more.

I ate hearty green curry rice, Thai spring rolls, and drank Thai milk tea. Additionally, I had steamed vegetables, macaroni and cheese, corn muffins, sour cream and chives potatoes, cheeseburger, and chicken quesadilla on Epiphany Day yesterday.

These meals were all filling, wholesome, and delicious. I consider these expenses pleasures that are of great value for my hard-earned money. Like what I have always said here in my blog, I resent squandering money. I love spending it and getting great value, and great value for money for me translates to the pleasures of healthy and palatable foods.

My Dad and I also purchased a new juicer. We love drinking fruit and vegetable smoothies. This wholesome habit helps us maintain our sound wellness.

With these favorable happenings at the onset of the New Year, I’m glad to have commenced 2024 on a healthful note. I’ll also make sure I’ll conclude this year healthfully as always.
