What advice would you give your younger self about saving and investing? #TeachChildrenToSaveDay

The earlier you start saving and investing your hard-earned money, the better.

I know my answer to Vanguard’s recent tweet is basic common-sense. What I want from the content I consume online is to tell me what I still don’t know.
