Roald Dahl’s Positive Affirmation That Has Made Me Look and Feel Like US$1,000,000 [9 Images]

I love Roald Dahl’s positive affirmation. This 20th-century British novelist and short-story author remarked:
“If you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.”
Mr. Dahl gained renown worldwide for writing popular children’s fiction, such as “James and the Giant Peach,” “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” “Matilda,” “The Witches,” “Fantastic Mr. Fox,” “The BFG,” “The Twits,” “George’s Marvellous Medicine,” and “Danny, the Champion of the World.” His adult works comprise “Tales of the Unexpected.”
Mr. Dahl originally remarked the following, which is an excerpt from “The Twits”:
“If a person has ugly thoughts, it begins to show on the face. And when that person has ugly thoughts every day, every week, every year, the face gets uglier and uglier until it gets so ugly you can hardly bear to look at it. A person who has good thoughts cannot ever be ugly. You can have a wonky nose and a crooked mouth and a double chin and stick-out teeth, but if you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.”
Mr. Dahl’s positive affirmation is my favorite. It inspires me to constantly be optimistic so I will forever look like A MILLION US DOLLARS or US$1,000,000. Hahaha.
