Updated on Friday, January 20, 2023 by adding three new images (I ate Indian food again today! The same two dishes haha).

Me today indulging in Indian foods: Samosa and chicken biryani (Sheena Ricarte, January 2023)

I ordered Indian food for snack today: two samosas and chicken biryani.
I was merely craving to savor some of the Indian food industry’s popular components. The market size of this sector at the time of writing this blog post is US$41.10 billion, per the data from Techsciresearch.com.

Furthermore, India’s food service market is reportedly expected to project strong growth in the forecast period from 2024 to 2028, with an impressive compound annual growth rate or CAGR of 11.19 percent.

I also love the sweet samosa sauce and the samosa’s potatoes and green peas ingredients. (Sheena Ricarte, January 2023)

India’s food service market is anticipated to reach US$79.65 billion by 2028. In April last year, I gathered from a South China Morning Post report that biryani is among the high-inflation-hit Asian staples.

Anyway, I love the Indian spices’ robust fragrance that the chicken biryani and samosas emitted, such as cardamom, garam masala, cumin, and saffron. I could smell them while the foods were still in the brown boxes and paper bags.

I also love the sweet samosa sauce and the samosa’s potatoes and green peas ingredients. The chicken biryani and samosa I had were quite spicy. I’m not fond of spicy foods, although, again, I love the fragrance of Indian cuisine’s heavily-spiced dishes.

The strong taste of the Indian dishes is also still in my tongue and throat. (Sheena Ricarte, January 2023)

The scent is stuck in my fingertips at this point that I can still smell it. The strong taste of the Indian dishes is also still in my tongue and throat.

Anyhow, I love my Indian snack today. I enjoyed it ! My Indian snack was so very delish ! Included in this new blog post are images of myself indulging in Indian foods — chicken biryani and samosas — today. There are nine photos of myself.
