Suze Orman said, “You need to think about it as: You are peeing $1 million down the drain as you are drinking that coffee. Do you really want to do that?”

David Bach remarked that if you stop consuming US$5-latte every morning or any tiny luxury you regularly indulge in such as fast food, sodas, or bottled water, you would have some money saved instead.

Sure, these two personal finance gurus made perfect sense with their clever statements. In fact, I have followed their instructions for the past five to six years and they’ve been quite helpful to me.

However, I also believe money should be enjoyed once in a while. Here in my blog, I’ve been preaching that fast food is costly and that I’ve been avoiding it again lately being a cost-cutting, practical miser.

Today, I just want to chronicle my appreciation for fast food and dining out. It is not bad to indulge in them once in a while. Fast food is profuse in fats, salt, and grease and all these elements are considered toxins when consumed too much.

But hey, we also need a little bit of these elements for our body’s complete nourishment. Salt and sugar provide our bodies with energy, while fats and oil keep our joints properly lubricated and our hair shimmering !

I usually indulge in fast food for just ONE DAY. That’s it. Then, on regular, normal days, I EAT HEALTHY ! That includes my daily wholesome breakfast of oatmeal with apples and banana shavings, ginger tea, and my wheat bread lunch diet along with oranges and lemonade.

DISCLAIMER: I’m not an LGBTQIA+ member. It’s just my hairstyle that makes me look like a lesbian. I’m just tired of the “sweet girl” look and prefer the “badass” appearance now.

Besides, I’m a 100-percent straight female and use the pronouns she and her. Hey, this is MY LIFE and I rule it. I’m sovereign over my life ! Haha.
