“Credit Suisse: what’s next for the crisis-hit bank?” | FT Film
~ Monday, February 13, 2023 Blog Post ~
Today, I found the time to watch this short film by the Financial Times about the recent Credit Suisse crisis titled, “Credit Suisse: what’s next for the crisis-hit bank?”. I had been reading about the developments in this Swiss bank through my Twitter account, and I do agree that it used to be Switzerland’s pride until it became embroiled in many scandals in recent years.
I find the Financial Times’ 26-minute presentation about Credit Suisse quite cinematic and informative. I felt enlightened regarding how the financial institution Switzerland once considered one of its leading banks crumbled, got linked to shady organizations that became its customers, and led to itself becoming in dire need of reviving its reputation.
I’m glad “Credit Suisse: what’s next for the crisis-hit bank?” is available on YouTube. Hence, I can always re-watch this informative Financial Times video which is relevant to my lifelong interest in international finance and banking.
