Last Wednesday, October 19, 2022, I took part in the webinar titled, “Japan on the Move Toward an International Financial Hub.” This event was held in Tokyo from 9AM to 5:15 PM, Japan Standard Time.
I was quite eager to participate in the 8-hour informative webinar held two weeks ago to gather useful insights for my personal finance and international finance-themed blog.
Additionally, I wanted to be enlightened about how Japan’s capital, Tokyo, can benefit and enrich me personal finance-wise and international finance knowledge-wise as it gears towards becoming an international financial center, just like New York City, London, Singapore, and China’s Shanghai and Hong Kong.
This blog post consists of two parts. This initial section has 19 images featuring the speakers and the program of the webinar. I also included the reminder e-mailed to me prior to the webinar by the event’s organizers.
The second part includes the key insights I gathered from the enlightening and enriching event which I will apply in my personal finance life and writing career.
